So writing this review and I'm torn on the star rating. I give them 4 stars for Customer service and they are very nice. I give them 1 star for quality control on their product. Seems to me there is some issue with the way the impulse device is made, its durability and its consistency with each unit ( I own a few). The review is just to help others be aware and perhaps get a longer warranty, if they decide to buy Impulse. It should really be a 2.5 star rating :).

Bought the impulse IQ a few years ago and have only had problems with it. Contacted them and was told to pay shipping to get it fixed. Guarantee is only 3 years! How can something that expensive not have lifetime guarantee?! Was treated extremely rudely via email. I even emailed the CEO who did not even respond - why should he? He has already made his money! DO NOT BY THE IMPULSE IQ! Do your research before! There are way better brands out there! From this experience I have learnt how not to treat clients as the way I was treated and the way my situation was not even followed up on was disgusting
