The Mortgage Firm started as a small company in Winter Park, FL in 1995 and has since grown to become one of the largest private lenders in the state of Florida. We now have over 30 branches throughout Florida and the southeast. As a direct lender we lend our own money and make our own decisions with in-house processing, in-house underwriting, and local appraisers.
I've been with The Mortgage Firm for over 20 years as a loan originator and opened the Lake County branch of The Mortgage Firm in 2010.
