This is the worst hospital horrible service, horrible doctors qwacks ,and they harass my 18 year old son over a bill when i'm the primary insurance holder. Always empty because no one goes their at all for anything.

I recently was admitted to Rochelle Community Hospital for procedures, treatments, etc. The care was excellent; doctors, nurses, and other staff were pleasant, professional and friendly. I enjoyed my meals and the call lights were answered promptly. The window even had the best view in the area--a red maple. I thank everyone who cared for me and thoroughly recommend RCH.

One star is not low enough for this hospital. Scratch that, The word hospital should not pertain to this facility. Hospitals are they to help. This FACILITY is not there for that purpose. They're Shameful and should be shut down.

In June 2021 i had to have a surgery and my doctor who is also out of Rockford suggested that since Rochelle was closer to me, that I have my surgery there. Im not sure which was the best decision, finally getting the surgery done after many years or going to the Rochelle hospital. Everything went so far beyond my expectations! From the moment that I checked in until my discharge a few hours later, I couldnt have felt more welcome and cared for. I would recommend them to anyone seeking quality care in an atmosphere complete with people devoted to their careers and not afraid to show it!

I had to go to Rochelle Community Hospital for a hot, red and swollen leg. From the moment of my arrival to discharge I felt truly cared for. Dr. Mastro kept me well informed throughout my visit. We discussed all the test results from the lab and ultrasound and included me in the decision making process regarding my treatment. The nurses, Tyanne and Jordan were absolutely professional and concerned for my well being and comfort. I would recommend RCH to any of my friends and family. World class treatment.
