The bowling-ball-bellied Russian manager will rent you a place in exchange for a few grand and a bottle of Hennessey. he is known to share residents' financial information (true or not) and other private info with others because he lacks self-esteem. super gangster. love Ridgeway and love you Alex!

The management is much better now, they fix everything quickly. it usually takes 24 hours after the repair order is placed. I have been here for 4 years and never had any problem. I understand people had problems in the past but the new manager is doing an excellent job.

We moved into the complex in August 10' and a dryer, one of three, in our local laundry unit broke down and a note was immediately placed on the unit stating that the management knew the unit was broken and it would be repaired soon. We are currently in Feb. of 12' and the dryer is still broken which makes it hard to do laundry when there are three washers, two dryers and two full buildings fighting to do laundry. Also the neighborhood is MISERABLE! It is so unsafe to walk around during the day or the night. There are break ins all over the area. The gates blocking people out of the apartments
