Services

Lymphatic Drainage

Specialized manual lymphatic drainage accelerates healing after cosmetic surgery by reducing swelling and preventing scar tissue formation. Our licensed therapists use gentle techniques to enhance circulation and promote natural detoxification. Each session includes personalized recovery protocols and self-massage instruction for continued benefits between treatments.

Body Sculpting

Advanced radio frequency and cavitation technologies target stubborn fat deposits while tightening skin for defined body contours. Non-invasive treatments reshape problem areas without downtime, complementing post-surgical recovery or serving as standalone wellness enhancements. Sessions combine technical precision with personalized care for optimal results.

Wood Therapy

Traditional wood tool techniques provide deep tissue stimulation to reduce cellulite and improve skin texture. This natural body sculpting method enhances lymphatic flow while toning and firming treated areas. Sessions combine ancient practices with modern recovery science for rejuvenated appearance and improved circulation.

Laser Lipolysis

Low-level laser technology breaks down fat cells while LED therapy tightens loose skin for waistline contouring. This FDA-cleared treatment offers surgical alternatives with no recovery time required. Sessions deliver measurable inch loss and skin tightening through safe, clinically-proven methods.

Mobile Services

Fully equipped mobile services bring professional treatments directly to clients' residences or accommodations. This convenient option maintains treatment quality while eliminating travel stress for post-surgical patients. Services include complete recovery protocols with personalized instruction for home care.

My first massage was amazing! I got the relaxation hour package, was such a soothing experience! Amazing if you dont have the opportunity to go to a massage place, they come to you and set up everything! I have color changing lights, so it set the mood perfectly, and had such soothing spa music in the background! The products used smelled so amazing and relaxed me immediately. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful service! I felt so at ease and relaxed throughout the whole process. The business owner is a delight and all staff were very courteous, professional, and personable. Would highly recommend to anyone in the greater Tallahassee region! Even during Covid times, they applied exemplary protocol to keep both parties safe.

Our couples massage on Valentine's Day was relaxing, serene, and amazing. There were options for aromatherapy and the therapists focused on problematic areas. Most importantly, we were in the comfort of our home. If you are looking for professional and timely services, True Massage & Bodywork is there to meet your needs.
