Called for information about their capabilities, the woman on the phone wouldnt tell me what pretreatment they use instead told me I am wasting her time and then hung up on me. She seemed very irritated and angry the second she picked up the phone. Im glad that I didnt ask about power chemistry, she would have blown a fuse. Incompetent shop
