Brought vehicle in for service for warrantied part and communication was awful. After waiting 2 weeks to get into service, then was supposed to get rental vehicle, which never happened, just terrible customer service a little communication goes a long way!!!!

Was supposed to have taken 3 days. Finally after 8 days they tell me my truck is ready. Go to get it and the check engine light is on from work they had done. Upon trying over and over to clear the code they run the battery dead. Finally the code is cleared. However they side of my truck is painted a different color white than the rest of it. And didn't tape off what shouldn't have been painted nor did they even sand what was painted before painting it. So now they have my truck for I'm not sure how much longer. Only picked a 2 star because it seems that the bumper was put on correctly, I hope

Not a good experience. The employees were rude and not considerate. Said they gave us a deal but did not and then sold the van within hours after telling us we could have it. Definitely will be going somewhere else for the future purchase.
