Each association has their own property management company that manages their budgets, maintenance fees etc. Palmer Ranch Master Association (Stoneybrook invoices homeowners of Stoneybrook Golf & CC/$167.00 calendar year).

Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club would like to extend a warm welcome to all residents and visitors to the Sarasota area. Stoneybrook opened in 1994 to rave reviews and offers an 18-hole layout designed by famed Arthur Hills, one of the world's top golf course designers. In 2014, the course went through a course renovation of the green complexes, bunkering and tee boxes that makes for perfect playing conditions.

Tennis players will find 4 Har-Tru courts. The main tennis complex was completely renovated in 2014, including state of the art lighting on all four courts. The Stoneybrook Tennis courts are a private Member amenity. A USTA professional provides lessons and clinics and organizes exhibitions. Tennis everyday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. is exclusively for social play.
