Typically your loan will be due on the next day you are paid that falls between 8 and 31 days away. In accordance with California law, your loan must be paid in full on the due date. Early payoff requests must be received by 6:00 PM Pacific time one day prior to your due date. Net Pay Advance cannot use the criminal process against a consumer to collect on any deferred deposit transaction.
