A no face nail system provided by Cabinotch eliminate virtually all filler. A UV coated or laminated interior is a standard to provide the best water resistance. A dovetail solid wood UV coated drawer box is a standard. All cabinet construction in our pre-manufactured and custom will be plywood with a solid wood face frame no MDF, particleboard, or furniture board will be used.

There are several types of finishes that are acceptable the biggest mistake in any of these would be insufficient application. A conversion varnish baked on finish would be the most durable. A solid wood dovetail box would be the best a plywood box would acceptable a box with mismatched material or built from scrap would be a substandard for the industry.
