I have been struggling for almost a month to get a prescription filled and I just read all the Google reviews and now the Yelp reviews and wow. They're not good. This apparently is a chronic issue for this pharmacy that they don't seem inclined to fix. I guess if you have so many customers it's not really necessary to provide good service? I have made multiple phone calls asking for a ship date with the most recent one being 5 hours ago. Every time I call the customer service employees just apologize and say 'a technician is working on it'. They must repeat that line

This company needs to seriously address their phone customer service. Their calls are automated and you leave message after message that are not returned. If there is another choice, use another pharmacy. If they are that busy and can not answer their phone they need to hire more help.

I was looking at a prescription and had submitted the wrong amount. No problem. However, during the next few weeks when they were adjusting the amount...they should have known that: ...The day I was going to make the purchase/shipping address etc, and they were going to send it, they tell me "we don't process that amount". Huh?? How would you not know especially after we adjusted the prescription?? Also, you didn't know until the VERY POINT we were going to do the bank card??? Very disappointed. Hit or miss. I told them to cancel it and I will speak to my doctor about
