Extremely displeased with the way this apartment building handled its tenants during COVID-19. Inquiries were not communicated well, and the building was not transparent about hidden fees at all. Was informed about these fees only upon actually incurring them, and communication from the building's end was poor. I expected better service from the building's staff considering the extremely high rent costs already associated with living here, but was let down considerably. Think twice before signing a lease agreement here.

The building itself and everything (ammenities,gym,pool, etc) is great. They do inspections quarterly in order to ensure the buidling is up to date in codes/air filters. The only downside is that some staff could be a little more polite. I’m not speaking on ALL staff though. Some staff members are extremely kind and polite and quite friendly as well... while others wont let you finish your sentence before cutting you off in a quite inpolite manner, and assuming what you want without finishing your sentence. I understand completely that it is a business.. and that sometimes things wont go your
