We were pleased with the work done by the installers so I want to make this clear (both our neighbor and us hired this company to do our yards at the same time) After the first initial job we decided to continue with what we had already talked to Jesse (the sales guy) about doing which was adding the fence on our left side of the house. Once this… was finished my husband contacted Jesse again to put up a gate as we were not sure at first if this was something we really wanted to do but yet again a conversation shared with Jesse. I am sure the installation and quality are great. However, the communication from the sales manager was terrible. I understand that material from the manufacturer is the problem but there was little communication from the sales person from the start. He lacked project management experience, professional insight and the guts to simply inform his clients. After waiting months for the half of the product, I have called around other fence companies to get their input on the lead times and they were aware of the long lead times and openly communicated directly to me.

Extremely disappointed.Originally started working with Eric Anderson to get an estimate to take down & replace our fence. He was helpful & gave us some suggestions that we really liked . After meeting with several other companies we felt that First Fence was best represented. We gave them a deposit & was told that it would be 8-10 weeks out before… the job was started. After approximately 12 wks. we called for a status update. We were told that they had the wood but were having an issue getting the fabricated posts. Stay away!!!! All of the post have popped out of the ground probably because they didn't dig deep enough. And the fence panels are all discolored. And the work was only done not even 5 years ago. And it came with a life time warranty. I've been calling them to come fix the the problems but they keep say they can't come out because of covid. They just don't want to stand behind there work. So look elsewhere!!!!!!!
