Manning Personnel Group opened its doors in 1992 with a goal of developing meaningful relationships between companies and job seekers. Today we're able to meet the needs of both by taking the time to get to know each personally. This approach has guided our company culture since it was founded.
Starting with a concentration in accounting and finance, two sectors owner Jack Manning was well-versed in early in his career, we matched job seekers to positions in both public accounting and private industry.As MPG grew in the early 2000's, we expanded our focus in the administrative areas and began to place executive assistants, office personnel, office managers, and receptionists to name just a few.

Jack Manning noticed a glaring flaw in the job-placement industry. Many firms were more concerned with quickly filling a position for their clients rather than finding a candidate who fits perfectly the client's needs. Having worked with job recruiters as both a client and job candidate, he saw an opportunity to be the solution to this challenge.

Since Manning Personnel Group was founded, we've been passionate about giving back to our community. Founder Jack Manning leads by example, serving on the board of the Old Colony Hospice, and the New England Center for Homeless Veterans. In addition, every member of the firm is encouraged to join community and charitable organizations in an effort to give back.
