We had such an amazing experience taking our baby to Edugether. The teachers are extremely warm and loving towards the children; you can tell they truly love their work and are amazing at it. They are great at giving you progress reports, tips and tricks (as first time parents, we appreciated this), while providing the children with nurture and support.
Love the small classroom, tight-knit group, and the professionalism brought on by the entire staff. Such a blessing to have this great bilingual daycare in West Seattle. Completely recommend - they are the best! Some aggression is normal, experts say; parents can respond with redirection or distraction rather.

I am Marianne Valdes. I am a teacher and psychologist. I have been working with children since 1996. I enjoy being a reliable guide to support children in their different areas of development, as they discover the world around them, in a safe environment. Edugether is a Bilingual Early Childhood Education concerned about child development.
Routines

Every day we start our day with breakfast in which we practice independence and each one serves what they will eat. Every day we have our circle time, in which we greet each other, sing, read a story, dance and remember what we will do all day long. We have every day, in the morning and afternoon, moments of free play in which they decide what they want to do, paint, play-doh, puzzles, dramatic play area, or with musical instruments.

A lead teacher is responsible for the academic, social-emotional growth and development of children. The primary function of lead teachers is to work with parents, administrators and other teachers to improve students' experience and meet teaching objectives. Additionally, lead teachers plan, evaluate and improve the physical environment of the classroom to create opportunities that meet the changing needs of the developing child.
