Death is not an easy time for anyone , especially if you live in another city or state at the time of a loved ones passing . I had the pleasure of speaking with Melissa , Linda , and Raven and all 3 of those ladies were kind , compassionate, and made me feel as if I had the best florist for the job to stand in my absence. Thank you ladies for being able to create such a beautiful flower arrangement in our time of need !

They're going to get five stars from me because I was going to a family funeral in Hollister and realized I didn't have a card for my flowers arrangement. I stopped in to see if I could buy one and they told me to choose one and gave it to me for free so their kindness deserves five stars in my opinion

Everything about the experience from the initial consultation with Cathy to delivery and set up was efficient, professional, and courteous. Within 24 hours of our consultation our arrangement was delivered with care, and exceeded all expectations. We are very appreciative of the customer service and attention to detail!

So professional, quick, and incredibly helpful! Cathy was so accommodating to my requests. She was even able to deliver a decent distance on the same day for a reasonable fee. She worked with my budget to create a beautiful fresh cut bouquet, and added a coordinating bow to achieve the perfect look. Cathy and her team do great work, and I can not recommend them enough!

I had some flowers delivered to my sister. I had a bad experience with 1-800-Flowers but using Teleflora for this delivery was excellent. Teleflora arranged the delivery with C&W and I was impressed with the speed of delivery and the arrangement. My sister sent me a picture of the flower arrangement after delivery. The flowers looked beautiful! I highly recommend this shop if you live near Roanoke Rapids or if you can request Teleflora make a delivery through a certain local florist.

I ordered flowers for a funeral through Tele-Florist with the provider being C&W Florists in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Shortly after placing my order I received a call from C&W to inform me that the selection that I made was not entirely appropriate for the services planned and that I might want to reconsider my choice. After some discussion, I agreed and asked that they use their best judgement to provide an arrangement for the service. My only request was that they use their freshest flowers for the arrangement
