I am so grateful and happy to have a clean couch again! Our technician was very friendly and explained everything as he was doing it. He was also very considerate of my infant and tried to make sure she wasnt scared of the loud noise, which I really appreciated. She thought the whole experience was very interesting, and Im not embarrassed of our couch anymore. Total win!

Disappointing. The price they quoted over the phone for a couch cleaning was $79, but then the technician shows up and says it will be $272. They should be transparent about their pricing up front and not waste people's time. Luckily, we found another provider that has transparent pricing up front for the same services.

You don't realize how dirty a carpet can get till you get it professionally cleaned. UCM Carpet Cleaning in College Park did an excellent job doing just that! My cats cover the carpets in fur every spring with shedding, so I called the company to get the carpets steam cleaned. My cleaner was punctual and respectful. Started work right away and finished the job in about an hour and a half. So glad I called the company!
