Established motto: Helping children to fulfill their potential of safe, educated and healthy lives. The first Sunrise Children's Foundation program established - WIC (Women, Infant, Children) Clinics.

Sunrise Children's Foundation offers various, free home-based early childhood education programs that empower parents to be their child's first teacher. The parent is provided with a set of developmentally appropriate materials, curriculum and books designed to strengthen their children's cognitive skills, early literacy skills, social / emotional and physical development.

WIC saves lives and improves the health of nutritionally at-risk women, infants and children. Studies have shown that, since its inception in 1974, WIC is one of the nation's most successful and cost-effective nutrition intervention programs. Sunrise Children's Foundation has created a lactation support program to assist WIC clients in meeting their breastfeeding goals.
