We guarantee to thoroughly screen each applicant for your property, and check all key references every time, without exception. We guarantee that we will collect your rent, or we won't get paid. If we can't collect a residents rent on or before the 12th of each subsequent month due- then we will NOT get paid.

Our attorney will file a complaint and prosecute a forcible entry and eviction in court. A licensed SPS agent will serve the required notice and testify on your behalf unless our attorney advises otherwise. SPS works closely with our attorney throughout the entire eviction process and will consult you as needed.
