Over 40 years ago, our CK Catering roots started as a very small affair-namely church basement weddings and corporate events.

In 1927, our founder, Leonard J. Hollerbach, bought a family restaurant, Country Kitchen, in Watervliet, MI. Having experience in catering he added this service to his new business venture. As the years past, the catering aspect grew in leaps and bounds. He sold the restaurant and built a large facility strictly for catering.

Actually, we specialize in destination weddings throughout southwest Michigan and proudly and happily work with hundreds of couples from around the country every year to plan weddings of their dreams.
