We had our a/c unit replaced this past month by Air & Aero. From start to finish, quote to install, the service was smooth and impeccable. Pricing was competitive as well. Sean and his team are courteous and diligent. The install was clean and well done. The city inspector that came afterward to check off on the work for the permit required asked me who did the work because in 30 plus years in the business, it was one of the best hed seen! Thank you!

When I asked Sean about a quote for replacing both interior and outdoor unit (per the recommendation from a owner of a different company), instead of going along with it, he mentioned it might not be necessary to replace it. By looking at the picture that I sent him, he offered to replace the heating kit, quoted me way less than my original quote for replacement(couple hundreds vs over one grant), and checked availability of that part right away (vs the owner of the other company that said it might take months to get that part without checking).
