This is my 3rd year living here, and I have really enjoyed my stay. The living area in my apartment is cozy and the kitchen/appliances are great. The location is the best part, I walk to campus every day and can easily walk downtown. Maintenance has gotten much better over the years, Ive had all of my recent issues solved within a day, even in the middle of the night. This would be a 4-5 star rating if it wasnt so dirty! When I moved in my apartment, it was not clean from the previous residents at all, which was not welcoming. We didnt mind cleaning it and we have kept it very clean. We

The fire alarm has been going off for over 4.5 hours. No email, no nothing. Didn't have a sink for the first 4 days I moved in. Had workers in here putting up backsplash after I moved in. Amenities had been closed forever. Had to move into a hotel for 4 days because of renovation that were supposed to be done over the summer.

Do not live here. Broken elevators for months, fire alarm that goes off for 6 hours, maintenance that just never comes, and to top it off, when you first move in, your apartment is incredibly dirty and has so many malfunctions. Terrible, nightmare scenario living here

The management at this place leaves much to be desired. There are 500 college students working here and no one can take a message or return a phone call. We move in, nothing is as they promised it would be. Ratty couches, dirty carpets, horrible. They say they will fix it over fall break and provide a hotel room. Then they try to make the kids move out 2 weeks later. They

Don't have any maintenance emergencies on the weekend. We've left multiple messages on the "urgent" voicemail with no response. Water still dripping from the ceiling. Seems they reply to Google reviews faster than their voicemail, so.... One star.
