R.E.M.S., Inc. is a fourth generation family-owned business operation in the South Bay area of Los Angeles for over 50 years. REMS originated as a division of Loegering Construction and Loegering Management, founded in 1949 by Fred F. Loegering. We specialize in the management of income properties and resident occupied properties, ranging in size from a single family dwelling to an apartment or condominium community with hundreds of units.

We strongly encourage all our residents to obtain renters insurance from their local agent. Police - phone numbers for calling a local police department directly rather than using 911.
