Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services address musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic conditions through customized treatment plans. Using evidence-based techniques, we restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve functional capacity for patients of all ages. Our therapists combine manual therapy with targeted exercises to accelerate healing and prevent future injuries.
Aquatic Therapy
Aquatic therapy utilizes our 92F therapy pool to provide low-impact rehabilitation for joint replacements, chronic pain, and mobility limitations. The buoyancy reduces stress on injured tissues while resistance builds strength. This approach benefits patients with arthritis, fibromyalgia, and post-surgical conditions requiring gentle rehabilitation.
Dry Needling
Dry needling targets myofascial trigger points to relieve muscle tension, improve range of motion, and reduce pain. Our certified therapists use thin needles to stimulate healing responses in soft tissues, effectively treating conditions like plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and chronic headaches through this scientifically validated technique.
Sports Therapy
Sports therapy specializes in treating athletic injuries and enhancing performance through sport-specific rehabilitation. We address ACL tears, sprains, and overuse injuries while implementing prevention strategies. Our programs combine strength training, flexibility exercises, and functional movement analysis to return athletes to peak performance safely.
Chronic Pain Therapy
Chronic pain therapy addresses long-term conditions like fibromyalgia and neuropathic pain through multidisciplinary approaches. We combine manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education on pain neuroscience to break pain cycles. Our goal-oriented programs focus on improving daily function and reducing medication dependence through non-invasive interventions.

The only 1 who will take care of yourself is you. Be careful, they like to say it's all in your head. All they want is your money. I would suggest going elsewhere!

WILL NOT EVER GO BACK ! In all fairness, it is their pathetic bookkeeper (Jane) that sent my bill to go to collections. Paid the collections company immediately. No damage to my credit. However, it was wrong on their part not to notify me (never heard from them) that their attempt to file my insurance did not result in the monies they had expected...the insurance had already paid most of the bill. THAT IS "ONE" GOOD REASON WHY TELEPHONES ARE SO USEFUL. CALL ME !!!! If they can't figure that out, why would I trust them to twist my muscles and bones around?Better off with out THEM ! Never trust the

John D is a great physical therapist! He has great bed side manor, knows what he's talking about, listens and is genuinely concerned about improving your condition. He helped me improve my knee after a volleyball incident. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good physical therapist.
