I was looking for a CRV Touring for my wife as a gift and i had already been to various dealers in San Diego, since I live in San Diego, and they were marking up their vehicles soo much that i was getting frustrated. I received a call from Arturo Ochoa from Elsinore Honda and he was very friendly and soo helpful. All I can say is Arturo was transparent with the pricing and the finance staff was very helpful. We had the absolute best car buying experience here. We spoke with Luis about the car we wanted and he kept us informed as to when it would be available and even came in on his day off to help us. The finance manager, Greg Fisher was also great to do business with. He was friendly yet professional and exceptionally informative. I can't say enough about their customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership and these two gentlemen to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Car shopping is rarely easy. I went to two other dealerships but my experience here far exceeded my expectations. I have bought or helped family buy many cars over the years. When I tell you to ask for Ferris Lau, it's because he was honest, straightforward and fits the bill of "helpful Honda" person. Do yourself a favor and ask for Ferris.
