I scheduled a 4am pick up for my senior colleague and his team more than 36 hours in advance, paid, AND received a confirmation, only to log on to my computer the next morning to an email that the driver did not show up! When I called 1st Class Airport Transportation the gentleman apologized and said they had noted the wrong time in their system...even though the time was correct on my confirmation.
Thankfully my team was able to get an Uber and make their flight on time, but this is not the type of service I was expecting from a company that claims professionalism and punctuality. In the refund
