For every patient who walks through our doors, we aim to provide quality outcomes and overall satisfaction. I have lived in Northwestern Oklahoma my entire life except for time spent at college.
Our Physical Therapy Services

Our services include the diagnosis, treatment, management of movement dysfunction and improvement of physical mobility. Our evaluations and treatments are completed by licensed physical therapists, athletic trainers and trained support personnel. Our physical therapy and sports rehabilitation services may be an alternative solution to expensive surgery, and in some cases may be required for post surgery recovery.
How to Prepare

A physician's prescription is required, by Oklahoma state law, for you to receive physical therapy treatment. We will communicate with your physician to discuss and coordinate the treatments for your situation. Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first appointment time, and always arrive at least 5 minutes early for other appointments.
Insurance & Payments

We accept most major insurance coverages and can work with your insurance company to clarify any questions on coverage and handle any billing issues. For any co-pays we accept cash, pesonal checks and major creit cards. Please understand that in all cases the patient is ultimately responsible for complete and timely payment for services rendered.

First appointments (evaluations) typically take between 60-90 minutes, and follow-up treatments range from 30-60 minutes, depending upon the diagnosis. Your therapist will discuss with you the expectations for your recovery, and will help you to set realistic goals and timelines to complete your recovery.
