One of Lorell's managers is assigned as the primary manager for your association, and the other Lorell personnel become familiar with your property. Maintenance Requests submitted online are only received during normal business hours. For example, if you submit a Maintenance Request on a Friday night it will not be received until the following Monday or Tuesday, if Monday falls on a holiday.
