Overseen by a staff of veteran therapists, you will work one-on-one in our beautiful, spacious new gym, on brand new equipment. Together, you and your trainer will develop a plan of care, including therapy up to 7 days a week.
Amputee Rehabilitation Program

Specialized wound care team, Social Workers, Recreation Therapy, Dieticians, Skilled Nursing Care. We are a Facility Partner with the Amputee Coalition of America, one of two in New York State and the only one on Long Island.
