He received his Doctorate of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2003 and a fellowship from the Orthokeratology Academy of America in 2012.

It was such a wonderful experience to go to this eye care center. Dr. James was amazing! He treated my daughter and I like we were the only patients in the building, didn't rush us through our exam and explained everything very thoroughly. The checkout process was seamless and Rose was so kind and friendly. I will definitely keep using this practice. Our family highly recommends Dr. James and his staff at EyeMedics!!!

He is a mater of fact Dr. Who tells it how it is. Not in a rude way at all. He will keep you well informed and from what I took in from my Son's apt best medicine is very important to him. I think he was great at his job. My son said he gives him 4 stars. We will be seeing him again in 6mo.

From the front desk to the doctors, this place is hands down amazing! The receptionist Rose is a delight and always a pleasure to see and chat to. Dr. Singletary is knowledgeable at his job and took the time to explain to me important issues that i was concerned about. Dr. Singletary was very thorough and has great bedside manner. He noticed some things during the exam and took time to explain to my son and I what he was seeing. He gave us a couple different options for treatment. Overall, a great experience!

Phenomenal facility and staff. This was my first visit and I wish I would have gone to Eye Medics Optometry sooner. The staff are all amazing, very attentive, and knowledge. My questions got answered before I could ask them due to them being very thorough. I felt as if I knew them personally for a long time. My entire family goes here and we love them. I highly recommend Eye Medics Optometry.
