Your First Visit

If you do not have your X- Ray, MRI or other testing results prior to your visit do not worry we can get them later if needed. These forms document your past and present health issues and help the doctor to fully evaluate your condition. The more thorough you are the easier it is to give a proper diagnosis.

Although Chiropractic does not treat visceral issues it does help to restore nerve function, which many times leads to improvement of all of these conditions.
DTS Decompression

Decompression is for chronic and acute cervical and lumbar disc injuries as prescribed by the doctor. The DTS Decompression System is a highly effective non-invasive treatment plan designed to decrease spinal nerve pressure caused by degenerative disc disease, degenerative joint disease, disc inflammation, nerve impingement and hernitation.
Daily Stretching

These exercises are to be done daily to increase flexibility and retore proper musle length to increase healing time and slow the degenerative process. Begin standing with your chin on your chest and slowly roll head to right looking up and away from your left shoulder. Hold for 15 seconds then slowly roll chin back to chest and repeat to the other side.
Core Exercises
Report
Begin by standing with legs shoulder width apart. Then contracting the pelvic muscles you would use to stop urine flow. If you have difficulty try it while going to the bathroom once you stop the flow you know which muscle are to be used. Stand with hands left hand on belt line and right hand on lower back.
