A.S.A.P. Locksmith Service Inc rudely refused to accept a simple job of impressioning a new key for a deadbolt in my home. I assumed he was busy, but I could have just been told that instead of being told it was impossible when it should be the simplest of tasks.

I needed one lock re-keyed. I called on a Sunday morning expecting to schedule during the week, since it wasn't an emergency, and he was able to meet me within an hour. The process took all of 15 minutes, tops. Charge seemed reasonable. Provided two copies plus four extra blanks at no charge since apparently the brand of lock we have can be difficult to find someone to make copies - he is able to make copies on the spot, but the machine for that brand wasn't working. Also tightened the knob for us since it had come loose over time. Would definitely use again.
