The blackout dates are the week of the Masters Golf Tournament (1st full week of April). During this week all tenants of KJ Augusta Rentals will be asked to find accommodations elsewhere. You will not be charged any rent during this time and you may leave any of your items behind in the house. KJ Augusta Rentals provides a monthly maid service upon request.
