Not sure what to say except unacceptable. I contacted Joan the owner/originator of clear lending about a home loan over two weeks ago. He had to go to a meeting but promised he would give me a call. Have spoke briefly a couple time where he tells me he is unavailable and states he will call me. But as of 9/23 no call has been made. I am left confused and unappreciated as a potential new client. We are all busy but a 5 min conversation anyone can accomplish, I understand I might not qualify but just let me know, there have been no attempts by the company to contact me, though I have made numerous
