The inspector was on time, did a very thorough job of inspecting, met with us when he was done to walk through the house and point out any and all concerns, answered questions without ever making us feel like he was in a hurry to be out of the house, sent the report incredibly promptly, and took very good care of my son, who is young and buying his first house. It's nice to feel like you're being looked after, especially with something as major as your first house. If you need a home inspection use Knockout and ask for Charles Sturma!
