Dr. Foreman is an exceptional physician. This is based upon working in close proximity with him for months while embarked the USS CARL VINSON (CVN-70). He quickly resolved the medical issue that I had come to see him for, thousands of miles out into the Pacfic Ocean. He cared about the pilots and crew of the entire aircraft carrier, over 5,000 aviation and ships company crew including myself. His training and experience is the best of the best in my opinion. After seeing Dr. Foreman for several years when my former dr. retired I ran into a big problem with him. I got cataracts and was going to have him perform the surgery. He was aware of my multiple health problems from the beginning and seemed to be understanding if I had to reschedule. The week before I had shown up for my surgery but was sent home due to a miscue. I was due the next week. The surgery center wanted him to take a quick peek at my eye.
