I rented at Palladium for a year before I moved back to California. This complex was good to me. Amy and Carlos and really all the staff at Palladium were really kind to me and exemplify amazing customer service. The apartment was in great condition when received and never had problems with my unit. The high ceilings were amazing and the big island was so spacious. Overall, I had a great year at Palladium.

I called because I have been thinking about relocating for work purposes and spoke with a lady named Amy, she is exceptionally well versed in answering all my questions. She is extremely polite and made the process very smooth. Her knowledge about renting in Texas helped me a lot as I am moving from out of state. If you need great advice call Amy!!! She is the best!

Unfriendly, rude and lazy management. Unwilling to help tenants and wont even fix any problems when you request for work orders.

This is our 2nd year living here and we absolutely love it We absolutely recommend it and management team is always helpful. Maintenance guys are great also,also, had an issue and they fixed it asap Please put us as a reference (Leonardo Rios)if you do want to stop by and have a tour

I have lived here going on almost a year and we are going to renew our lease. From day one the management has been nothing but helpful and caring and understanding with anything that we have had a question or concern about. They get things done in a timely manner and work very professionally. I have referred someone who lives here and they treated her with the utmost respect and she loves it here as well. I would definitely recommend that you live here. The floor plans are great very spacious and the design on the inside is spectacular I just love the open theme that is here in my home!

I love this place, the kitchen set up is perfect, and the bathroom is to die for. When I have a maintenance problem they are quick. The staff is very understanding. I have no real complaints. The exterior is kept clean
