After the Move-Out Survey has been processed, please note the following regarding the timeframe for the return of your deposits: If there is a claim on your Security Deposit, it will be sent to you within 30 days via certified mail as required by Florida Statute. If there is no claim, it will be sent to you within 15 days via regular mail.
