Half of the total for your rental is due at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover and check by phone. The balance is automatically charged 14 days prior to your arrival. Personal checks are acceptable for the final half if received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Credit card, cashier's checks or travelers checks are acceptable after this period.

CB Sales & Rentals at Smith Mountain Lake can help you with arranging every part of your vacation. If you need any assistance, just give us a call at 540-297-7000. All of our rental units are privately owned and are furnished to the owner's personal preference. Renters need to bring their own fitted and flat sheets, pillow cases, towels and washcloths or you may rent them through one of the services below.
