Terrible service, employees were rude, and charged excessive fees for cleaning, with no follow up before or after the charge. I called to get an explanation for the charge, and there was no follow up. Not great service, especially when the car rental was in an emergency situation.

I recently had my car in for service and was provided a rental car from the Newport location. A year prior, my car was in for routine maintenance and I was provided with a rental as well, but from the Alexandria. Both times they were from BMC and both times I was very pleased with the service. The cars were well taken care of very tempting to buy, as they allow you to purchase the car if you wish.
Some people have concerns with buying rental fleet cars, but both Focus' I had as rentals were worth thinking about, had I not recently purchased my own Focus. They road well, had no issues, and
