Green Funeral Home was founded in 1882 by the Green Family and is still privately owned. The current owners Jeremy Lewis and Benjamin LaFleur have transformed and remodeled the current facility to a modern, relaxed atmosphere that our families appreciate. The family later moved to Hillsboro, Texas where he graduated high school. Afterwards Jerry joined the US Marines serving four years in the third Battalion, third Marines from 1965 to 1969, including a year in Vietnam. He moved back to the DFW area where he began work at the Pollock. He grew up in Cedar Hill, Texas until moving to Red Oak, Texas some 30 years ago.
