The materials, quality and workmanship are very good from the floor show. The owner comes out and is very professional on the job site. Our installers however did smell like chain smokers and their hygiene was lacking. I called the owner to resolve a payment issue over the phone and he was very rude, he definitely wasn't interested in hearing what I had to say. So I'd say floor show is a mix of both good and bad service.

Chet was rude and short on the phone when asked about bamboo floor installers. Apparently if you do not buy their products then they are not willing to talk to you.
