Maximum of 2 pets per home. Pets must not weigh more than 50 pounds. Dogs require $500 deposit and $75 pet rent. Cats require $500 deposit and $75 pet rent. Wolf-Hybrids, Perro de Presa Canarios, Doberman Pinchers, Rottweilers or any dog that has the above breeds in their lineage are not permitted at our community.
