Rosewood is located in Converse, Texas, a suburb of San Antonio near several major acute care hospitals as well as many residential neighborhoods. Our center is a one-hundred twenty-five bed skilled nursing facility which provides twenty-four hour residential health services for persons who are no longer in an acute phase of illness but who continue to require frequent nursing observation, care and rehabilitative services.

Rosewood Rehabilitation and Care Center is here to assist you with your short-term, long-term or respite needs, providing excellent and professionally trained staff who are here for one purpose: to serve you. Generally, when someone is in the hospital, they are assigned a case manager or discharge planner who will assist with the transition back to your home setting.
