We have 2 Ricoh MP 4055 and 1 IM C300 copier/printers; one of the MP 4055 was reporting certificate error issues which we could not clear.
Called Office1 and was answered by a very pleasant and warm agent; it took less than 30 seconds to identify and authenticate our account. Once we described the issue she immediately scheduled a tech for a service call - never even asked if we could try troubleshoot the issue ourselves like previous providers.
Gabe was the tech that responded and as soon as we spoke he already knew what the issue was and set the

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their representatives are deceptive. We constantly had problems with their products. Their service representatives were slow and not knowledgeable. Stay away from Office1.

We went down to the show room to test the new machines. We had tested them three years ago but continued with our old leasing company because they had given us very good service and we had experience with them.
we did lease one machine back then and found the service to be very very good, so this year we leased four flour model machines and some stand alone scanners this period. The standalone machines are really great to work with, better than the previous machines by a good thumb or two. The service has been very good and we are satisfied that we are with the right company for our service needs

We use Office1 at the company I work for and they are always on top of whatever we need. Kent is usually our tech and he always makes sure to explain the work or keep us posted on parts etc. Have had nothing but great experiences with everyone at Office1.
