In 1990 the Village Veterinary Clinic (established in 1968) was purchased by Dr. Mark Liberto, a Maryland native. His vision was to bring what was Gaithersburg's first small animal hospital into the 21st century, offering advanced diagnostics like ultrasound and radiology and complicated surgical procedures typically only provided by specialists.

Call 301-740-1083 to schedule an appointment and we will find a time that is convenient for you. When you arrive for your appointment, our reception staff will collect your information and any existing medical history you can provide on your pet. It's always best to provide us with the name of any other hospitals who have treated your pet, so that we can request a copy of the medical history and review it prior to your appointment with us.
