Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Manager needs to be let go you have to chase her down to get anything fixed. We had constant water damage from the apartment above us and water leaking under the kitchen wood flooring somehow. So bad that if you walked in the kitchen the floor would move like a waterbed. There was mold everyone and we insisted we be moved because that's not safe and she literally tried to act as if she didn't see the mold we clearly pointed out. The websites pictures are definitely not what you're actually getting. Dont even waste your time come to look at these apartments

Because I went to apply for an apartment and when I saw the trash on the ground and around the roll off box overflowing. I saw a notice saying that the residents would have to dispose of their own garbage if the compactor was full and the roll off box. I don't want place an application with this company or would I recommend this company to ANYBODY! This is shameful that the residents can't be accommodated and has to take there trash somewhere else REALLY!

This is the worst apartment ever I do not recommend any one to stay there. They don’t fix on anything you have to constantly call office or corporate but they don’t respond back either. The manger is very rude and always have an attitude when you call her about fixing anything in the apt. I did not renew my lease I gave her notice but still was not able to get my deposit back then she charged me almost 200 dollars for cleaning fees when me and my family cleaned the apt it went to a collection because I did not know anything about it. If she kept my deposit when she did not use that if she say
