JHI's Founder & President, Jay Hoehl, has been directly involved in recycling and reuse since his days hauling surplus WWII naval steel while attending high school and studying engineering at college in Oregon. After a decade of working as a computer programmer in the 70's, he discovered an unmet need for managing the electronic surplus coming out of the rapidly growing electronic manufacturing industry.
