I was about to move into my new place, and while I was there the weekend before I had noticed that hot water was not getting hot even after a few minutes, I emailed the property manager Erik, literally the next day he was at the apartment checking it out and the plumber was there the following! It was so immediate and responsive which is something I am not used to do when dealing with property management. I was overwhelmed with gratitude and joy when it worked the day I moved in. I cannot express how awesome that was and he even emailed me after hours and let me know the status! Great experience
