The whole direct team did outstanding in contacting me and getting the info they needed. Lisa was who stayed in contact and she did outstanding!!!! Even after the job she will email and check in! Top customer service!!!!

They're only available when recruiting but when you need help AFTER being employed they are unresponsive and couldn't care less. There is NO LINE OF COMMUNICATION, as I called my recruiter only to be forwarded, So I then called their office (3 days now) and I asked for my recruiter and the receptionist tells me that he doesn't work there anymore--WHAT?! So she then tells me my new recruiter is Alex. I called 3X and 2X in one day, left voicemails and still NO answer. They only care if you're new because commision obviously, but they're definitely not customer oriented.
